This policy explains how Wearcan handles information on wearcan.com. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@wearcan.com.

What you share

The style quiz asks for your country, age group, height, weight, clothing and shoe sizes, optional brand reference, build, fit preferences, occasions, season and budget. Please do not include medical information, identification documents or information about other people.

Your email is used to verify account access. A dressed full-body photo can be saved privately after verification and your agreement. We do not ask for a birth date or precise location. The country suggestion uses the country associated with your network connection and can be corrected.

Before you save

Quiz answers are kept in your current tab’s session storage. Drafts expire after 24 hours; “Start over” clears the draft. A selected photo stays in browser memory until you verify your email and save. Reloading requires selecting it again. We resize and re-encode photos in your browser to remove embedded metadata such as GPS coordinates before upload.

How we use information

We use submitted information to maintain your style profile, authenticate your account, provide support, secure the service and, when available and disclosed, produce styling suggestions. Measurements come from your answers; we do not determine exact sizes from a photo or use face recognition to identify you among other people.

This release does not generate personal AI outfits or take payments. Before enabling an external image-generation provider, we will identify it here and explain what it receives. Uploading a photo now does not publish it or authorize public examples or advertising.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details. Supabase provides authentication, a US East database and private photo storage. MailerSend is configured to deliver verification emails. Public account saving remains unavailable while email sending approval is completed. Providers may process technical and security records according to their retention practices.

Support messages are delivered to Wearcan’s support team through its email providers. Include only information needed to resolve the issue, never passwords or verification codes. We may disclose information when required by law or to investigate abuse and protect users.

Photo access and retention

Photos are stored in a private bucket. Customer access is restricted to the owner through database and storage permissions. Short-lived signed links display private images. Authorized service administrators may access information when needed to operate the service or address a support or security issue.

Saved profiles remain until you remove them or request deletion. My profile lets you delete saved answers and photos. To delete the sign-in account too, contact support from your verified email. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove provider backups or records retained for security or legal obligations; we can explain applicable limits when responding.

Optional analytics and essential storage

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. We do not enable Google signals or advertising personalization, or send your photo, sizes or quiz answers as Analytics events. Analytics is excluded from quiz and account pages. Query parameters are excluded from the initial page URL sent by our tag.

Your analytics choice is saved in local storage. Authentication stores session tokens so you can stay signed in. Account and draft storage are separate from optional analytics. Reset your choice below to remove this site’s Google Analytics cookies and choose again.

Your choices

You can correct your answers, remove your profile and photos, decline analytics, or request access, correction or account deletion through support. We may verify account ownership. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live. We do not sell your profile or photos or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Adults only

Wearcan is intended for people aged 18 or older. Do not submit information or photos of children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact support so we can investigate and remove it.

Changes

We will update this page as practices change. Material changes to photo processing will be explained before those features are used. The date above identifies the current version.
